The Hash Kitchen is a creative a.m. eatery in Scottsdale’s The Shops at Gainey Village. Co-created by Executive Chef Joey Maggiore and restaurateur Cristina Maggiore, the husband-and-wife duo developed the innovative brunch spot that is known for its variety of hashes, morning cocktails and DIY Bloody Mary bar. The Hash Kitchen is the first of its kind to be added to the Maggiore Culinary Concepts portfolio. The Hash Kitchen boasts a social dining experience and is designed to be go-to spot for locals and a culinary destination for visitors.
